Announcing our $15M Seed led by Accel

Today Atira announces a $15M Seed round led by Accel, which together with the previously unannounced pre-seed (UVC, Fortino Ventures, booom) brings total funding to $17.5M. The round includes industry leaders like Ann-Kristin Achleitner, Marc Bitzer (CEO of the Whirlpool Corporation), Dr. Markus Flik (multiple industrial boards), and Bastian Nominacher (co-founder and co-CEO of Celonis) as new investors. The funding will enable us to support customers globally in producing tailored, market-leading engineering products and services at scale.

Industrial sales processes take weeks to months, spanning systems, functions and external partners

Industrial manufacturers have automated their factories for decades. Yet the most critical process in front of those factories, the conversation between a customer and a supplier, remains highly manual.
When a customer sends a complex request for quotation (RFQ), sales engineers, bid managers, technical experts, legal and commercial teams often have to work through hundreds or even thousands of pages of specifications, drawings, standards and compliance requirements. They assess feasibility, configure solutions and prepare the technical and commercial documentation required for the bid - resulting in a process that often takes weeks or even months.
This work sits in the space between CRM and ERP, where much of the actual engineering involved in a sales process happens. It remains largely untouched by traditional software because the inputs are unstructured & complex, the required solution varies from deal to deal, and critical knowledge is distributed across multiple people, documents and systems.
Globally, this represents more than $128 billion in annual labor spend. The additional revenue potential that is waiting to be unlocked is a multiple of that.

How Atira brings the commercial response process into the AI age

Atira is building the AI orchestration layer between CRM and ERP for industrial companies selling complex products and services. Our multi-agent platform automates the commercial response process end to end. It screens and structures incoming RFQs ensuring that critical requirements are never missed, evaluates feasibility, helps configuring the right solution from available modules and options, and generates the technical and commercial documentation required to move a deal forward.
By connecting with existing CRM, ERP and CPQ systems, Atira integrates directly into the workflows manufacturers already use; ensuring fast implementation and instant data updates. With Atira, customers achieve up to 80% shorter ask-to-bid times, turning processes that previously took weeks into days – allowing responses to opportunities they would otherwise have declined due to limited capacity.Atira compounds knowledge by design: Historical proposals, configurations, deal outcomes and engineering expertise become structured intelligence that can be reused across future opportunities, helping manufacturers standardize processes, protect institutional knowledge and make better commercial decisions.

Atira helps leading global industrials transform the way they work

Since launching commercially in 2025, Atira has more than 15 customers in production, spanning mid-market industrial leaders and global enterprises with billions in revenue.
Customers include ABB E-Mobility, Chiron Group, Rema Tip Top, Robel, Theegarten-Pactec, Fette Compacting and others. ABB E-Mobility has deployed Atira globally, while Chiron Group is expanding its deployment from Germany into the US. Rema Tip Top uses Atira across sales teams in Australia, Brazil and Chile, and a large plant engineering group is using the platform on projects worth hundreds of millions of euros.
Customer deployments are delivering measurable results within weeks, while helping sales and engineering teams standardize processes, preserve institutional knowledge and focus their time on higher-value technical decisions.
